The main difference lies in the carrier used for each range:

Natural Range (MPG / Halal): Uses MPG (monopropylene glycol) as the carrier, offering multiple advantages including non-flammable properties and heat stability – making it easy for transportation and safe for production.

Beverage Range (Alcohol / Organic Compliant): Features ethanol as the main carrier, providing a clean flavour profile and easy solubility. These flavours are approved by the ACO for use in certified organic products, and ideal for beverages.

Oil Soluble Range: Uses triacetin and miglyol carriers, perfect for chocolate, popcorn, baked goods, and protein blends.

ESG Range (Concentrated): These are our concentrated flavours (2 - 10 Fold) designed to decrease carrier transfer but also reduce consumption, packaging, transport & storage! You can also use them where you would usually use powdered flavours in order to keep dosage low.

Our flavours suit all Food & Beverages applications, including Protein, Dairy, Bakery, and Confectionery. We boast an extensive range of 500+ SKUs specifically adapted to the ANZ market (including native bushfruits).

Yes! We offer ESG matching and can help improve existing formulations to achieve a cleaner label.

Yes, some flavours are simply a blend of two or more of our existing flavours. So if you can't find a dedicated flavour guide for the profile you're after, the right combination of our flavours may well create it. No, we have replaced traditional powder flavours with liquid concentrated flavours specifically designed for powder applications. This innovative approach offers several significant advantages:

• Organic compliant & clean label – Meet the highest quality standards
• Extended shelf life & minimal storage – MOQ starting at just 8kg (1 drum)
• Better value for money – More cost-effective than powder alternatives
• Easy to use – Simply pour 0.1% to 0.5% liquid onto your powder and mix until the liquid is homogeneously dispersed

All our codes consist of three letters and four digits:

• 1st letter: A – Australia (country of manufacture)
• 2nd letter – The carrier used: M = MPG, A = Alcohol (i.e. Ethanol), T = Triacetin (or Miglyol)
• 3rd letter – The first letter of the flavour name (e.g. C = Caramel, Coconut, Chocolate, Cream, etc.)
• 4 digits – Unique flavour identifier

Example: AMV0088 • A = Australia • M = MPG (carrier) • V = Vanilla • 0088 = Unique flavour code

Yes, we manufacture locally in Sydney. A major advantage is that using our flavours allows your final products to qualify for the Australian Made certificate.

Our minimum order is 10kg — one drum — with discounts on larger volumes. A few ethanol-based beverage flavours come in an 8kg drum; each flavour page shows its own figure. Price breaks are published in every flavour guide.

Our flavours are made for industrial food and beverage products. With a minimum order of 10kg per flavour, your production capacity should be at least 1T to 10T of finished product (at a typical dosage of 0.1–1%, one 10kg drum flavours 1T to 10T of finished product). Our samples are prepared for manufacturers testing a flavour in their own product ahead of production.
