Formulation notes
- When to dose: at blending or bright tank: nothing is lost to the yeast or to CO2 scrubbing.
- Solubility: water soluble only. Ethanol carrier (Beverage range) disperses fastest in cold, low-alcohol beer; MPG carrier (Natural range) is also heat stable.
- Alcohol-free: Alcohol Booster, Smoke and Masking restore mouthfeel and warmth and cover wort or cereal off-notes.
- Concentrates: 10X fruit flavours give the same impact at a tenth of the dose.
2026 trends
- Top 5 (Europe, 2024–25): lemon, mango, lime, raspberry, grapefruit.
- Rising in 2025: peach and ginger.
- No & low alcohol: fastest growth with 18–25 year-olds. It must taste like the full-strength beer.
- Flavoured beer: now a standing segment: fruit, citrus, exotic and botanical profiles.
- Craft: still growing, with a demand for provenance and local supply.
Frequently asked questions
Can flavour be added after fermentation?
Yes, that is the normal approach. Dose at blending or bright tank so nothing is lost.
What works best in alcohol-free beer?
A fruit or citrus top note, plus a masking or booster flavour to replace the body and warmth of the alcohol.
What dosage should we start at?
Around 0.1% of the finished volume, adjusted on tasting. Each flavour page shows its own ladder.
Do you supply small breweries?
Yes. 10kg minimum order, or 8kg on ethanol-carrier codes: one drum is a normal order.
Can we keep a gluten-free or vegan claim?
Yes. All our flavours are gluten-free, vegan, GMO-free, sugar-free and free from additives and allergens.
