First, check: food or medicine?
Many products people call “supplements” or are actually food in Australia, and for those you can order our flavours straight away.
Food (no TGA step)Protein powders, protein bars, RTD shakes, sports drinks and most sports nutrition (), and gummies sold as confectionery.
Complementary medicineProducts listed with the TGA, such as capsules, tablets, effervescent tablets, chewables, powders and gummies sold as vitamins or supplements.
How it works
- Tell us about your product: format (capsule, tablet, powder, gummy...), base, target taste, and that it will be a TGA-listed medicine.
- We shortlist and sample suitable natural flavours from our range.
- We check the formulation of the chosen flavour against TGA requirements for listed medicines.
- We apply to the TGA for a proprietary ingredient (PI) number for that flavour, and share the number with you, the sponsor.
- You list your product with the PI number in your application, and we supply as normal.
